If you are taking the bus to Goshen, please note that the bus stop is four blocks from the Inn (approx. 5 to 10 minute walk). If you do not wish to walk from the bus stop to our Inn, please call or Email us well in advance so that we may make arrangements to have you picked up at the bus stop.
If you are taking the train to Goshen, please note that the train station is not within reasonable walking distance from our Inn and that it is in fact about a ten minute drive from our Inn. If you plan on taking the train to Goshen, please call or Email us well in advance so that we may make arrangements to have you picked up at the Campbell Hall (Goshen) train station.
Via the New York State Thruway:
Take the New York State Thruway to exit 16 (Harriman).
Pay toll and go straight onto 17 West to exit 125, South Street.
At the end of the exit ramp, at the stop sign, take a left and go to the first traffic light (one block).
Take a right onto South Street and proceed to the first stop sign.
Take a left onto South Church Street.
Take the first right (at the monument) onto Park Place and go to the first stop sign (one block).
Bear to your right onto Main Street.
Take the second right onto Maplewood Terrace. If you go through a traffic light then you have gone too far !
The Dobbins Stagecoach Inn is the first building on the right-hand side of Maplewood Terrace (white house with colonial blue shutters and a large green mailbox at the entrance). We are located on the corner of Main Street (Rt. 207) and Maplewood Terrace (across the street from the Goshen Village Hall). As you enter the driveway, please drive slowly and keep an eye out for our lovely cats. Enjoy your stay with us as we shall enjoy having you!
The old timers may not have had seat belts in their stage-coaches but I bet that they wished that they had! Please drive safely and be sure to wear your seat belts! We prefer to receive our guests in one piece. Thank you for choosing the Dobbins Stagecoach Inn as your bed and breakfast!
From Manhattan, get onto the upper level of the George Washington Bridge traveling west and stay in the right hand lane.
Get off at the Palisades Interstate Parkway North exit which is the first exit on the right, just off of the G.W. Bridge on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River.
Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Route 6 West (exit 18 on the left hand side).
Take Route 6 West to 17 West.
Take 17 West to exit 125, South Street.
